Where is NextLevel 2012?
NextLevel 2012 is at the Doral Golf Resort and Spa in Miami, FL. Learn more about the flagship conference venue at http://www.doralresort.com
What are the conference Dates?
February 19 – 22. NextLevel registration check-in begins Sunday, February 19 and continues throughout the week. The conference kicks off Monday with a full day of activities and content and concludes on Wednesday with the final breakout sessions.

What does NextLevel Cost?
Registration costs depend on how early you register for NextLevel—the earlier, the better!
- Customers and Non-Customers: Early Bird registration (until September 30): US$650 (standard rate: $750)
- Suppliers and Partners: Early Bird registration (until September 30): US$895 (standard rate: $995)
- Guests: $300
How do I register?
Use the Register Now button on the NextLevel 2012 website to register.
I started my registration and didn't finish. How can I complete my registration?
When you started your registration, you provided a user name (email) and a password. Return to registration and enter your use name and password to complete or update your registration.
Are attendee substitutions permitted?
Yes. To substitute attendees, follow the instructions above. After logging in, click the Substitute link.`
I received a discount code. How do I apply it to my registration?
On the main registration page, choose either "Customer and Non-Customer" or "Supplier or Partner". You should see a field named "Enter a discount Code". Enter your code here.
What is the payment policy?
Payment may be made during registration. We accept all major credit cards. If, for some reason, you wish to pay by check, you may choose that option during checkout. Be sure to print your invoice for payment upon completing registration.
What is the cancellation policy? How do I cancel my registration?
To cancel your registration, find your confirmation email and click the link to "review, change or update" your registration. Under Actions, click on Change your Registration. Enter your username (email) and password. Click on Cancel. If you have problems cancelling, contact Stephanie Blackwood.
- Full refund: Cancellation must be received by 12:00 midnight (EST) on Wednesday, December 14, 2011.
- 50% refund: Cancellations received after 12:00 midnight (EST) on Wednesday, December 14, 2011 and before 12:00 midnight (EST) on Wednesday, January 14, 2012.
- No refunds will be given after 12:00 midnight (EST) on Wednesday, January 14, 2012.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes. Guest registrations are available for $300. This entitles your guest to all after-hours social events and meals. Guests are not allowed to attend sessions. Use the normal registration process to register your guest.
How do I request a receipt?
To get a copy of your receipt, find your confirmation email and click the link to "review, change or update" your registration. Under Documents, click "Reciept".

What is the weather like in Miami in February?
The average high temperature in Miami in February is 78 and the average low is 61. Miami is known for its afternoon thundershowers, so please come prepared. You may wish to check www.weather.com before you arrive.
How should I make air travel reservations to Miami?
Miami International Airport (MIA) is the closest major airport to the Doral Resort – a mere 4 miles away. Alternatively, you can fly in to the Ft. Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) – which is 21 miles away.

Are there special hotel rates?
The NL 2012 hotel rate is $219/night
I've already registered for NextLevel; how can I add a hotel reservation or make changes to my existing hotel reservation?
Please access the hotel reservation link on the NextLevel website under the Resort/Travel tab for hotel contact information to make any changes to your hotel arrangements.
Through what date can I book a hotel room with a guaranteed discounted rate?
The NextLevel 2012 rate of $219/night is good until January 12, 2012.
What is the hotel room cancellation policy?
One night room and tax will be charged if reservation is cancelled after 72 hrs before arrival.
What if I don't check in on my scheduled arrival date?
If you don't arrive on your scheduled arrival date, the hotel will cancel your entire reservation and can opt not to reinstate your reservation, even if you arrive the next day. You will also be charged the penalty of the cost of one night's room and tax, regardless of whether or not the hotel opts to reinstate your reservation.

What is the recommended attire for the conference?
Recommended attire is business casual. The average temperature in Miami in February is a warm 78. However, the conference rooms may be cooler. Please plan accordingly.
Are spouses or children invited to NextLevel social activities?
Guest tickets need to be purchased in order to attend the NextLevel social activities. Guests must be at least 21 yrs of age to attend. No one under the age of 21 will be admitted.
